Sharing & Access
Share a property, or transfer it entirely
Give a co-owner, relative, or manager access to one property. Or hand it over for good.
Sharing
Open the property and click Share. Enter their account email and pick a role:
- Can view: they see the property, devices, and history. Read-only.
- Can maintain: they can also log maintenance, add/edit devices, and generate Worker PINs.
Sharing sends an invitation. They accept it from Property Access → Invitations (they'll get a bell notification). Nothing is granted until they accept, and they never see the rest of your account.
Managing access
Property Access (in the sidebar) shows everyone with access to each of your properties. Change roles or revoke access anytime.
Transferring
To hand a property to another account permanently (you sold the house, or you're moving a client to their own account), use Transfer Property in the ··· menu of the property card. The recipient accepts, and the property moves with its complete history. You lose access; previous shares are cleared.
