From your dashboard
Open a device and click Log Maintenance. Fill in what was done, optional details, the cost, and attach photos: before/after shots, the replaced part, or a receipt.
From the QR code
Whoever does the work can scan the device's QR and log it on the spot, from any phone, no app installed. If your account requires a PIN, they'll enter the 6-digit Worker Access PIN you gave them first.
Flags that matter
- Issue found: something needs attention. Shows up highlighted in the history.
- Emergency: for the 2am failures. Tracked separately in your reports.
Every log updates the device's Last service date and your maintenance reminders.
