Set up your account and first property

From zero to a documented home in about five minutes.

Create your account

Sign up at essentify.ai with your email or Google. Every account starts free, no card required.

Add your first property

  1. Go to Properties → Add Property.
  2. Pick the property type:
    • House: a single home. Devices attach directly to the property.
    • Building: multi-unit. Organized as Building → Units → Devices.
    • Other: commercial or anything else.
  3. Start typing the address and pick it from the suggestions. Verified addresses get a checkmark, a location on the map, and an automatic Street View photo.

What's next

Add your first devices (furnace, water heater, AC…) and stick a QR code on each one. From then on, every repair and service gets logged against the exact machine it happened to, forever.
