Add devices and print their QR codes
One QR per appliance or system. Scan it to see everything about it.

Add a device
Open your property and click Add Device. Give it a name ("Basement Furnace"), a type (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Safety…), and optionally the brand, install year, location note, and how often it should be serviced.
The QR code
Every device gets its own QR code automatically. From the device page you can:
- Print it or download it as an image to stick on the unit.
- Share the link: anyone with the link sees the same page the QR opens.
What a scan shows
Scanning the code opens the device's public page: model info, full service history, and a button to log new maintenance. Contractors don't need an app or an account, just the code (and a PIN, if you require one).
