Which plan is right for me?
Homeowner is for tracking your own home. Investor covers rental owners with up to 3 buildings and a team. Property Management is for growing portfolios: $25 per building per month, unlimited buildings. Need something bigger or more custom? Contact us and we'll build a plan around you.
How does Property Management pricing work?
You pay $25 per building per month. Add a building and your subscription adjusts automatically, prorated by Stripe. Remove one and it goes down the same way. No tiers to outgrow and no surprises.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing page. Your data and full history always stay with you.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed securely through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Choosing yearly saves you roughly 17% versus paying monthly.
What counts as a device?
Any appliance or system you track: a water heater, furnace, HVAC unit, dishwasher, and so on. Paid plans track unlimited devices.
Do I need an account to log maintenance?
Account owners do. Contractors and workers can log maintenance from a device's QR page using a shared PIN, no account needed.
